The easiest purchase I have ever made and it was a car. We saw the Envision we wanted online and set an appointment to look at it and Paul was ready with everything and answered all our questions. Came back a few days later and was in and out in less than 2 hours to purchase it. Paul was amazing and I cannot recommend him enough. Tyler for the warranty was also great and helped us find the right warranty for what we needed and wanted. You need help with a car go here

From my first contact with this dealership, I didn't feel pressured to buy. I told them my interest level and they told me what they could do for me in finding what I wanted. Not sure I was ready to follow through, they still went to lengths to find what "i wanted". They wanted my business and showed me through the deal we made. It was a great experience and they even delivered the truck to me. That was a big deal, especially not living in the area!

I was very happy with the Service Dept. The guys who picked up my vehicle were super nice. The service people informed me of what they were doing. What they had to do for a recall. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. And willing to answer my questions.

It took a long time to figure out what was wrong. Then they had to wait a long time for a new radio to arrive. When it did, it was only a couple hours to replace it.

So I asked what one I could test drive, drove one, bought it and then needed to wait a week to get it while it underwent a 120 point service inspection. Needed an oil change and tire rotation. Also requested to have an exhaust leak/noise diagnosed. Dawn called me to inform me that the exhaust noise issue is covered under a recall/warranty. They were able to repair my exhaust noise also ! I only had to leave the car for a few extra hours to get that repaired also!

The oil change and tire rotation took way too long. I was there for over an hour and a half. It seems like the service center was overbooked for the day/time slot as there were vehicles in all the interior spots and another waiting outside of the garage door. I've been coming here for 4 years now, and I've never seen it like that, nor have I ever waited that long.

Very good teamwork between salesmen, thanks Will and Jon. Also great work in getting financing at a very low apr. for a very first loan and no credit. I was also impressed by the friendliness of the other workers as they walked by us making sure we didn't need a drink or snack. It was a very smooth sale in my opinion and my daughter is extremely happy with her new car!
